We provide mobile roadworthy and vehicle safety inspection services in accordance with Queensland Transport and Main Roads (TMR) requirements. Our inspectors are qualified and authorised to conduct safety certificates as required by law.

3. Bookings & Payment

• Bookings can be made via our website or by phone.
• Payment is required at the time of booking or service.
• We use secure third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal). We do not store your banking or credit card details.
• Prices are clearly stated on our website and may be subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Customers may cancel a booking by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection.
• Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 35 days of the original purchase.
• If an inspector has already attended the location and the inspection cannot proceed due to incorrect details provided by the customer, a call-out fee may still apply.

5. Responsibilities of Customers

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring the vehicle is present, accessible, and safe to inspect.
• Providing accurate vehicle details at the time of booking.
• Complying with Queensland regulations regarding roadworthy certificates.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Our inspections are carried out in line with legal and industry standards.
• We are not liable for issues that arise after a certificate has been issued, where the vehicle has since been altered, damaged, or developed faults outside the scope of the inspection.
• To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
